NDIS provides essential funding for transport for participants who cannot use public transport due to disabilities. This assistance covers costs for a driver to transport them to work, medical appointments, or social visits, helping them stay connected to their community.
Importantly, this funding is solely for the participant, not for their carer or family, ensuring resources enhance the participants’ independent mobility.
